Calibration System
The Meter Max Plus test stand is
a
simple way to measure the
ability of your meter to singulate seed. We mount your meter in the stand, fill it with the type and size of seed you plan to plant, and the AutoPilot Data Center automatically counts the number of times it has an empty cell and the number of time it picks up two or more seeds (a double or a triple).
Put your meters on a MeterMax and get precise seed spacing.
Here's how your certified MeterMax operator does it:

Clean, replace worn parts and properly balance the meter.

Place a finger pickup or vacuum meter onto the stand.

Add the specific seed size and weight corn that you intend to plant.

Set the Test Stand speed gauge to your planting speed.

Watch seeds drop into the gated belt and count skips, doubles or triples.

Adjust the meter and retest until you've eliminated all meter errors.
The Test Stand makes accurate diagnosis easy
Error calculation is easy and instant with the electronic AutoPilot Data Center, which increases statistical accuracy and eliminates the need for watching and calculating. Photoelectric eyes detect seeds on the 50-cell gated belt, differentiating between one large seed and two seeds that pass at the same time.
